Tortilleria Maya specializes in Quebec-made nachos and tortillas. The family-run business prepares what many consider the best Mexican food in town at their small restaurant near the Jean-Talon market. They also make tortillas and tortilla chips at their factory in Boucherville, which are used in many restaurants in the greater Montreal area.
