Joe La Croûte is a charming bakery on the edge of the Jean-Talon Market where you can enjoy breads that are all, without exception, fresh of the day. They are wholemeal breads, made with organic flours and —original and rare— a large part is sold by weight. Joe has a different offer depending on the day of the week: everything is indicated on the front wall with enticing photos of all the products for each day. During the week, they offer the classics: croissants, baguette breads, sourdough, rye, etc. Many critics agree that they have among the best croissants and pastries in Montréal.
