Charcuterie Balkani is a Romanian artisanal deli, founded in 2004 in the heart of the Jean-Talon Market. You will find more than 70 varieties of deli meats and home-cooked dishes, all prepared by us and according to authentic recipes. Its products are smoked naturally (maple wood) and most do not contain gluten or added phosphates. Whether it’s finding a smoked sausage for an aperitif, smoked bacon for lunch (or ham for your croissants), platters of cold cuts and cheeses for a birthday, a pork shank or smoked chops for a cassoulet or sauerkraut, fabulous sausages for your Sunday BBQ or salamis to make original sandwiches, you will find your happiness among its products.
