It\u2019s one of the newest additions to the renowned chain of pet stores in Quebec, and it seems to have received a warm welcome in the neighborhood. “We opened before Christmas and felt a lot of enthusiasm from local customers, and more and more local business owners are also coming by to visit us. It\u2019s a positive energy that\u2019s gradually taking root, with relationships that will grow stronger over time,” say the owners, Katherine P. Hurtado and Beno\u00eet Blackburn, with warm smiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the past year, the couple has already owned a Chico<\/em> store on B\u00e9langer Street in Rosemont, and despite the workload, they couldn\u2019t pass up the opportunity to also manage the Little Italy location. “It\u2019s a shop in the heart of the neighborhood and just steps away from the Jean-Talon Market. It was a great opportunity to seize and develop. We believe that with our highly personalized customer service (Unique! as Katherine emphasizes), we\u2019ll be a real asset for the neighborhood\u2019s pets.” The store offers local residents\u2014and those from outside the area\u2014a whole array of services and products for pets, from food (with a wide variety of options) to engraved tags, from health and beauty products to toys and even nail trimming.
